They always double-charge people and when you tell them they overcharged you they get rude... who you think you are guys? The best doctor (Dr.Tucker) in office leaving soon, word of advice find another office. #worstfrontdiskever

My wife and I are having our second child. And the overall experience with the triage nurses and providers was excellent she needed blood work done so they had their " experienced" phlebotomist take her blood she stuck her more times than I could count not only this but she complained and cracked jokes concerning the fact that she was a hard stick. It's an inadequate and poor carpenter that blames the wood. after two days of unsuccessful sticks my wife politely told her she was done and could she just refere her out. It was obvious that the phlebotomist had gotten offended she left my wife's arm bleeding for a few minutes before my wife had to remind her to clean and bandage her up properly. I was pissed and digusted to say the least at the unprofessional conduct of the phlebotomist. My wife's arm was left soar and tender for the next few days. It's a shame how one unprofessional inadequate person can ruin a bunch.
The front staff are rude. The doctor refused to listen to my complaint of pain told me I wasn't hurting in my kidney and I am a RN and know where my kidney is. I ended up in the ER later that night. My kidney was blocked by a cyst on my ovary and a fibroid tumor. Urologist told this office what the blockage was from. They told me the Urologist was wrong. I went to get a second opinion at Duke ended up with surgery with exactly what the Urologist said. I got kidney hydroneprosis because they did not listen. I will not go back.
